Meanwhile, at Elena, Michelle, Willow, Janice & co. have been in a full-on panettone frenzy (“pane-mania”?) mode for weeks now. And I’m happy to say that all the tests, all the reading, all the discussions, all the artisanal panetonne-making video-watching, and all the dough-whispering have paid off.
